1. Refund Eligibility

• 100% refund available within the first 48 hours of purchase.

• 50% refund available only for 12-month subscriptions, and only if you request a refund with 6 or more months remaining on your subscription.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Include your order ID and reason for the refund request.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• No refunds are granted after 48 hours unless eligible under the 12-month subscription clause.

• Refunds are not given for user error, dissatisfaction due to device compatibility, or misuse.

Note: Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, all sales are final after the refund window closes.
